Funding

PCMH and STEP are co-funded by the Ministry of Education and the National Council of Social Service on per capita funding basis. EIPIC is co-funded and means tested based on per capita funding by MCYS and NCSS. Other sources of funds include programme fees from parents and donations from the public and corporations.

RCTC is partially funded by NCSS and from training and consultation fees and donations.

If you wish to make a donation, please contact the Executive Director or the school principals. All donations to Rainbow Centre are eligible for income tax exemption of 250%.
