Certificate Courses

Educators, in spite of their consideration and patience, are often frustrated because they may not be equipped with the skills and knowledge in dealing with children with special needs in an integrated setting. The certicate courses offered by RCTC aim to equip educators in the mainstream with the Management Strategies to manage an integrated classroom. Some of the courses offered include

• CICP : Certificate in teaching children with special needs in an integrated childcare programme (for teachers in the preschool)
• MICP : Certificate in effective administration & management of an integrated childcare programme (for supervisors/ principals of integrated childcare programmes)
• CCSN : Certicate in teaching children with special needs in integrated student care (for teachers in integrated student care centres)
• Teaching children with Special Needs in Early Intervention : This course is conducted in partnership with SSTI and targets educators and professionals from Early Intervention Centres and Preschools.
