About the Role

We are looking for an Executive to join our People & Culture (HR) team. Our People & Culture team plans, builds and designs people strategies to ensure that Rainbow Centre has a competent and passionate workforce to meet the aspirations of our service users. The postholder will support the team in all people-related matters, including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, employee training and benefits.

Responsibilities will include providing administrative support for various People & Culture processes, such as entry of new employee data, contract renewal and work pass matters. The postholder will also provide support in recruitment processes, which includes interview scheduling and document preparations.

    Candidate Requirements

    Technical Competencies:

    • A tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management or a related field
    • Have good knowledge of manpower laws and regulations

    Core Competencies:

    • Be able to coordinate different projects and work within tight time frames
    • Have good interpersonal and communication skills to build positive relationships with various stakeholders at all levels
