Senior Executive/Assistant Manager, People & Culture team

While a diploma or degree in human resource or related disciplines, and experience in HR business partnering and/or training & development will be an advantage, it is far more important that you enjoy:

In this role, you will contribute in the following areas:
a. Strategic Partner Relations
Manage and engage key internal stakeholders on all people-related matters, including but not limited to manpower analysis and planning, recruitment strategies, talent and leadership development.
b. Talent Development and Engagement
Organise and coordinate all talent and leadership training activities, including but not limited to management of talent profiles and leadership development plans, management leadership development resources, and funding grants.
c. Other HR functions
Develop and review HR policies and processes to ensure our employees are equipped and empowered.
- Experience in HR business partnering: 3 years (preferred)
- Experience in HR operations: 3 years (preferred)
