About the Role

The Programme Executive plays a key role in the design and implementation of programme activities, service coordination and administrative structures and processes.

The post-holder will also work to promote, assist and develop links with local communities, public agencies and the corporate sector in implementing and raising awareness of Rainbow Centre programmes.

Responsibilities include:
a. Plan and maintain the key activities in the respective programmes assigned
b. Provide operations, logistics and administrative support for the respective programmes. Oversee the referral and enrolment process of the respective programmes.
c. Coordination of logistics for meetings/trainings (i.e. preparation of attendance sheet and notes, booking and arrangement of rooms, refreshment requisition, development and collation of feedback forms, confirmation of attendance, etc.)
d. Secretarial duties for meetings, including taking minutes
e. Plan and implement key activities for publicity and public engagement/outreach
f. Develop materials necessary for publicity and public engagement/outreach (including pamphlets, flyers, videos, presentations, social media posts)

Candidate Requirements

Technical Competencies:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree. Diploma holder with relevant experience will be considered.
  • Minimum 3 years of related working experience, preferably in a similar setting
  • At least 2 years experience working with individuals with disabilities
  • Prior experience in project/event coordination or management will be an asset
