Senior Programme Executive, Young Adults Activities

About the Role

Young Adults Activities! (YAA!) aims to keep young adults with disabilities engaged and connected through meaningful and interesting activities. The Senior Programme Executive plays a key role in the design and implementation of YAA! programme activities and ensures that the programme complies with funding requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

a. Oversee planning and delivery of diverse activities, providing positive experiences and interactions for clients.
b. Manage and oversee programme risk, quality and compliance.
c. Review programme to ensure relevance and effectiveness in meeting future needs of clients.
e. Review client records for proper documentation.
f. Review information materials for distribution to stakeholders.
g. Implement operational strategies to ensure efficient delivery of services.
h. Coordinate the planning and deployment of manpower (staff and volunteers) resources in support of the programme and operations.
i. Monitor programme expenses to ensure operations are within allocated budgets.

Candidate Requirements


  • Diploma holder in related field
  • Minimum 3 years of related working experience, preferably in a similar setting
