Teacher Aide (Early Intervention/Special Education)
About the Role
The Teacher Aide is part of the teaching team and works under the guidance of experienced educators to provide quality learning experiences for students and support the best deliverance of the curriculum.
Due to expansion, we are looking for Teacher Aides for our Early Intervention centres (serving children 6 years and below) and Special Education Programme (serving students between 7 to 18 years old). Our Early Intervention centres are located in Margaret Drive and Yishun Park. The Special Education Programme is available in the same campuses, as well as the Woodlands campus.
This is an entry position for individuals passionate about teaching students with disabilities. On-the-job training and in-service training programmes will be provided.

Preferred achievements / characteristics:
Teaching students with disabilities can be physically demanding – you may be lifting and carrying students and equipment and will be expected to clean and maintain equipment and facility. At all times, the Teacher Aide must take precautions to ensure the health and safety of students.
Preferred Educational Qualification:
GCE ‘A’ Level or Diploma (Polytechnic, Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts or LASALLE College of the Arts)
