We believe that everyone deserves a place in the community, and while we work hard to ready our students and their parents for life outside of school, we know that it is vital for the community to come alongside all of us, to let us know that we are not alone, that we are part of the community, that we have our place in the sun.

Young Adult Activities! (YAA!)
Young Adult Activities! (YAA!) is a community club that aims to enhance the quality of life for persons with moderate to severe disabilities by reducing social isolation.
We bring members and their caregivers together through a variety of ability-appropriate activities that cater to members’ interests. There’s something for everyone!
Core Activities
Core Activities run for 8 to 10 weeks. This creates opportunities for meaningful engagement and relationship building among members, caregivers, and volunteers. Core activities center around four aspects: self-expression, daily living skills, fitness, and therapy. Activities may include weekly swimming, horse-riding, baking, visual arts, and body movement classes.
Leisure Activities
A variety of one-off activities gives members a wide range of experiences. These include excursions and classes that members can look forward to.
Festive and Birthday Celebrations
Have fun at our quarterly festive celebrations and personalise your birthday celebration with your loved ones with us.
Volunteer Opportunities
Volunteering opportunities are available. Everyone can give back to society in his or her own way!
